About our Guest, Serah:
Serah Morrissey, SPHR, serves as the Sr. Director of People and Culture at Schoox. Prior to Schoox, Serah spent over two decades leading HR, Talent Acquisition and Training in the hospitality industry. Serah is a past President of CHART (Council of Hotel and Restaurant Trainers) and can be found speaking, teaching and writing about Mental Health, Workplace Grief and Performance Management for industry events. A recovering musical theatre major, Serah holds a BA Degree in Psychology with a minor in American Indian Studies from the University of Minnesota.  Aside from being the mother of her 21-year-old son, Serah’s passion is traveling the globe, having visited all 50 states and 5 of 7 continents, including Antarctica.
