Your team will receive real-time enrollment updates and only pay for participants who sign up. As your alums go through the RTE Program, you'll see their engagement, wins, and progress.

You Receive Updates

Employees can sign up online or via email or phone. Once signed up they will have access to the portal, templates, tools, and their RTE Strategist, if applicable.  We welcome them to the community and provide space to process through their emotions.

Employee Enrolls

Once you let us know who is eligible for RTE services, we will reach out individually to make them feel welcome, show how we can help, and provide encouragement. 

We Delicately Reach Out

As employees are offboarded, you can let them know the RTE services that are available to them as a part of their exit package. We provide scripts, tools, templates and strategies to communicate next steps. If interested, we're also happy to come on-site.
