It’s more about what roles we don’t help fill. We are not a great fit for clinical or high volume, hourly-based hiring.

In terms of level, we’ve supported everything from entry-level roles to C-suite searches — often within the same organization. We primarily support: Marketing & Growth, Sales, Product & Engineer, Operations, People & Talent, as well as Leadership roles (Director+).

Great question! In short - we don’t cap the number of roles you can hire for annually. Instead, our packages are based on a set number of active searches at a time and we move sequentially as roles are filled or paused.

You’re never paying per hire. No placement fees. No insane 20–30% commissions.

why wouldn't i just hire a full-time recruiter?

Actually, some of our clients do have full-time recruiters that we work alongside. We supplement their work and take some roles off their plate.

But if you’re a SMB who doesn’t have a full-time talent acquisition person, hiring a recruiter can be risky — especially if you’re scaling unpredictably or want flexibility without long-term payroll overhead. is there a minimum commitment?

Yes. We require a 3-month minimum to build real pipeline momentum, establish the relationship, and deliver meaningful results. 

After that, plans continue month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel. 

Our goal is long-term partnership, but you're not locked into a long-term contract.
