At Wilshire, growth and improvement are always top of mind. Rebecca highlighted the company’s commitment to evolving its culture by modernizing outdated processes to better support employees. “We’re looking at ways to automate, make things smoother, and empower people to make changes as they run into them,” she said. They’ve also introduced anonymous quarterly surveys to give employees a voice, and the company takes that feedback seriously. “By listening, responding, and creating space for employees to call out issues, we’re building a culture of trust and continuous improvement,” Rebecca added.
When it comes to professional development, Wilshire offers various opportunities for growth. While on-the-job learning has always been a part of the company’s culture, Rebecca shared that they’re expanding their formal development programs.
