Step into your purpose.

Man that phrase gets used a lot.

Influencers on Instagram love using it.
It’s the buzz word around the world.
It’s everywhere.

I’ve avoided using that phrase because I’ve always felt that it’s “fluffy” with no roots. But I also know that a lot of people resonate with this language. So I want to break that phrase down.

Today we’ll discover what that phrase actually means and what’s holding you back from being able to step into your purpose.

[17:03] This is what purpose could look like for you
[22:19] What is holding you back from your purpose?
[24:52] My first viral LinkedIn post and what it taught me about my purpose
[25:58] Practical ways to get over the fear of rejection

Listen here.

Action Steps to apply to YOUR journey:

Grab a pen and journal through these questions:

  1. What is your passion?
  2. What are your skills?
  3. What are your values?
  4. What does the world need?
  5. What can you be paid for?

Working your way through these questions will help you find purpose in your work.

Practical ways to deal with rejection:

  1. Acknowledge it.
  2. Practice getting rejected so you build up resilience to it. Send me a message on LinkedIn if you’ve found a practical, day to day way to get over rejection.
  3. Be kind to yourself.
  4. Look inward.

I’m rooting for you friends!

“Vulnerability is the birthplace of love, belonging, joy, courage, empathy, and creativity. It is the source of hope, empathy, accountability, and authenticity. If we want greater clarity in our purpose or deeper and more meaningful spiritual lives, vulnerability is the path.” -Brene Brown
