We’re flipping the mic for our 100th episode! Today, I’m going to be the guest and my good business friend, Elizabeth McCravy will be the host interviewing me!
Today we’re going to be talking about a subject that isn’t talked about a lot but that is very important to me – incorporating your faith at work.
Faith at work is such an important topic for me because of how I became a believer (which you’ll hear about in the episode). I try to incorporate the topic in some of my LinkedIn posts, and of course it ends up coming out in some of my podcast episodes, but I’ve never had an episode dedicated completely to this topic.
So when I was thinking about what I wanted to talk about during my 100th episode, this is naturally what came to my mind. I’m super excited to dive into this topic with you all!
If you’ve ever had questions on how you could incorporate your faith at work and what that looks like, then you don’t want to miss today’s episode!

Action Steps to apply to YOUR journey:
Practical ways to integrate faith and work
- Start with yourself. Do some inner work: What are your idols in your workplace? Is your worth tied into your work? Do you feel comfortable talking about your faith? If no, why not?
- Do you practice the Sabbath? Do you take a day off or are you always on? How are your work/life boundaries?
- How are you looking at money/at your salary? Generosity should be a part of why you work. Working not only to provide for your own needs but to bless others.
- Show the love of Jesus to your coworkers in a practical way. Get to know them. Show up for them when hard things are going on in their lives. Send them a gift letting them know you’re thinking of them.
I’m rooting for you friends!
